How to View My Tickets & Ticket Status? (End Users)


  1. Go to url: https://atlasoutsourcingptyltd.zohodesk.com.au/portal/en/home on your web browser (Edge/Chrome), click “Sign In”
  2. Select the “Sign In Using office365 Button” Please select your atlas365 account
  3. Once completed go to “My Area” and you will be able to see the ticket status of the submitted ticket.
