How to Submit an IT Ticket on the New Ticketing System. (Web Portal)

  1. Go to url: https://atlasoutsourcingptyltd.zohodesk.com.au/portal/en/signin on your web browser (Edge/Chrome) 
  2. Scroll down and click the submit ticket.
  3. Fill out the necessary fields:     
    1. Contact Name: Please provide your Full Name.
    2. Email: Please enter your OKTA username.
    3. Subject: Please state your issue: (e.g. TAL unable to login/ PC Not Responding/ Adobe Code).
    4. Description: Provide a brief description of the issue (e.g. Tried to login to TAL but okta doesn’t auto fill the user/password fields/ PC in hang state… / Please help with adobe code).
    5. Classification: Select the correct classification for your concern (e.g. Unable to login with TAL/MLC >> Login Concern, PC not starting >> Hardware Concern)
  4. Priority: Please leave as is this is a default field.
  5. Attach a file: If you have screenshots of the error, you can add it in the ticket by selecting the attach a file button. 
  6. Word Verification: Enter the challenge CAPTCHA code.
  7. Submit: Click submit once all information has been added
  8. Once submitted ticket will be generated. And a ticket number will be assigned.
